After graduating from UNC Charlotte, Jimmy Clonaris joined BlueDot early in his career and has been with the organization for more than 13 years. Today, he serves as Managing Partner and owner of BlueDot Cares, leading day-to-day operations and overseeing the standards that guide care across the organization.
With more than 19 years of experience in healthcare, Jimmy has worked closely with families, caregivers, and local healthcare professionals to navigate the real challenges that come with aging at home. His approach is grounded in building a strong, dependable team and creating systems that ensure care is consistent, responsive, and aligned with each client’s needs.
Jimmy believes that the quality of care starts with the people delivering it. He is actively involved in developing and supporting caregivers, with a focus on clear expectations, ongoing training, and accountability. This emphasis on team development has helped BlueDot maintain a high standard of care while continuing to grow.
