This month, we’re proud to recognize our team member, who recently completed the Alzheimer’s Association Ride to End ALZ and raised more than $10,000 in support of Alzheimer’s care, support services, and research.
While this was a personal fundraising effort, we’re honored that they chose to include BlueDot Cares in the journey by sharing a photo with our team banner following the ride. It reflects a mission we care deeply about and one that closely aligns with the families we serve every day.
Riding Toward a World Without Alzheimer’s
The Ride to End ALZ is an annual cycling event organized by the Alzheimer’s Association that brings together riders, volunteers, caregivers, families, and supporters from across the country. Participants raise funds to advance Alzheimer’s research, provide education and resources for caregivers, and expand support services for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Every mile ridden and every dollar raised helps move that mission forward while bringing greater awareness to a disease that affects millions of individuals and families.
Why This Cause Matters to BlueDot Cares
Many of the families who reach out to BlueDot Cares are caring for a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. As care needs change, families often face difficult decisions while balancing safety, independence, and quality of life.

Jimmy Clonaris is Managing Partner at BlueDot Cares, where he oversees operations, caregiver standards, and service delivery for in-home care across the organization. With more than 19 years of experience in healthcare and over a decade with BlueDot, he has been directly involved in building and scaling care programs that support individuals aging at home.
His work focuses on the practical side of care delivery. This includes caregiver training and oversight, care plan consistency, and coordination with families and local healthcare professionals. Jimmy is actively involved in ensuring that care is not only well-structured on paper, but executed reliably in the home.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with thousands of families navigating care decisions, from short-term recovery support to long-term in-home care. His approach is grounded in clear communication, accountability, and building systems that allow caregivers to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
Under his leadership, BlueDot Cares has grown to support tens of thousands of families while maintaining a locally operated, relationship-driven model. He continues to focus on strengthening the team, improving care standards, and ensuring families have a dependable partner when care is needed.
